It should be noted that a decision as to the applicability of the provisions of the Convention to Greenland and the Faroe is pending the completion of the international procedures prescribed in this respect. The ratification of Denmark is therefore, until further notice, subject to reservation with regard to the obligations of Greenland and the Faroe under the Convention.

[...] that the reservation made with regard to the obligations of the Faroe in connection with Denmark's ratification has been lifted in accordance with a recommendation submitted by the local government of the Faroe.
This notice does not affect the reservation made with respect to Greenland.
