In accordance with Article 1(2) of the Agreement, Norway declares that the translation requirements provided for in Article 65, paragraph 1, of the European Patent Convention, will be dispensed with if the European Patent has been granted in the English language or translated into that language and supplied under the conditions provided for in Article 65, paragraph 1, of the European Patent Convention.
In accordance with Article 1(3) of the Agreement, Norway will require that a translation of the claims into the Norwegian language be supplied.
