The Eurasian Patent Organization, which, under Article 20(2)(i) of the Patent Law Treaty, is competent to grant Eurasian patents for inventions that, under Article 15(11) of the Eurasian Patent Convention signed in Moscow on September 9, 1994, are valid for EAPO member States, and duly authorized under its internal procedures to become a party to the Patent Law Treaty, hereby accedes to that Treaty and undertakes to comply in good faith with the provisions thereof.
